Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What this means for you
- When you buy at playtystnad.com, the checkout and the charge are handled by Paddle. Your payment details go to Paddle, never to us.
- Your receipt and invoice come from Paddle, and the charge on your statement appears under a name beginning with PADDLE.NET.
- Paddle collects and remits VAT or sales tax where it applies. Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT.
- Refunds are issued by Paddle. See our Refund Policy.
What stays with us
Your ownership. Paddle handles the payment; what you bought is recorded permanently in your TYSTNAD account with us, and everything you own simply works from there. We never build anything on your payment history, only on your ownership.
